boji Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

01 Introduction

Welcome to boji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the boji online betting and casino platform, including the website located at https://boji.pro, all associated sub-pages, mobile web applications, and any related services offered by boji (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any feature of the Platform.

By registering an account on boji, depositing funds, placing any wager, playing any game, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with boji and to use any feature of the Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. boji takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates strict age verification procedures.

If boji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under 21 years of age, boji reserves the right to immediately suspend that account, freeze all funds, and conduct a full age verification investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may register and maintain only one boji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. boji employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be permanently closed and any balances will be forfeited without recourse.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Eligibility Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to register a boji account:

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• Any person who has previously been self-excluded from boji or any other gambling platform.
• Any current or former employee of boji, or any immediate family member of such an employee.
• Any person using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Any person located in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your boji username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. boji staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any activity carried out on the Platform using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

You must notify boji immediately by email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised in any way.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information accurate and up to date. If your name, contact details, or payment information changes, you must update your account profile accordingly. boji accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your boji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

boji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard (where applicable). The availability of any specific payment method may change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. boji may apply additional deposit limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or risk management protocols.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. However, boji reserves the right to apply additional processing time of up to 72 hours in cases where identity verification or transaction review is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by boji's compliance team.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the boji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol used throughout the Platform refers exclusively to Bangladeshi Taka.

4.5 Failed or Declined Transactions

boji accepts no responsibility for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, or bank processing issues. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

boji offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (for example, BPL match-day offers or Eid specials). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedging bets, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other users — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. boji's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

boji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player is actively participating in it, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited at boji's sole discretion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on boji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to boji's sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where a specific "cash-out" or "bet edit" feature is available and active.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules. boji's decision on all bet settlements is final.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boji Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Cheating: Use of software, bots, algorithms, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds of any origin.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after wagering the relevant funds.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing any boji customer support representative or staff member.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

boji's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
